Come and experience this fantastic course with it’s incredible scenery with your friends or solo.
All 3 courses start from Knoll Beach, Studland. They are fully supported with on course marshals, hydration stations and a fantastic water safety team, described in 2024 as “about as good as it can get”.
The short course is ideal if this is your 1st swimrun and you don’t consider yourself run fit.
The middle course has the slightly more swimming and adds distance to the runs by extending to the top of Ballard Down with its 360degree views.
The Long course is a fantastic course, challenging in places, taking in Old Harry, Ballard Down, Swanage Bay, Durlston and Anvil Point.

My first event at the age of 57! and I will definitely do again and highly recommend to sea lovers who can also do a bit of a run .
